| ISSOTL PRE- CONFERENCE WORKSHOPS |

| Workshops (half and full day) will be held on Thursday, October 22nd. Workshop titles, times and sign up will be available by August 2009. When workshops have been identified, we will provide you with information about each and give you the opportunity to sign up. |

Letter of Invitation/Letter Confirming Registration
If you need a letter confirming your registration or confirming your invitation to present, this can be provided. Letters will only be issued after you have been selected to present AND after you have registered and paid conference registration fees. If you need a letter, please email your request to the Conference Registrar at: iuconfs@indiana.edu. She will verify your registration and payment of fees and will issue a Letter, as requested.
Cancellation of Registration
You may cancel your registration and receive a full refund, less $20.00 administrative handling fee, any time prior to October 1, 2009. Email your request for cancellation to the Conference Registrar at: iuconfs@indiana.edu. No refunds will be granted after October 1st.
